Trey Songz Accused Of Violent Sexual Assault, Victim Suffered ‘Severe Tearing’

Trey Songz is being accused of a brutal sexual assault, resulting in the alleged victim being hospitalized with ‘severe tearing’ — this according to a new lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, the singer — real name Tremaine Neverson — is being accused of a violent sexual assault with a woman who is suing him under the name ‘Jane Doe.’

In the suit, the woman says she was invited to a party in Los Angeles on March 24, 2016, by Songz, and the two of them went upstairs during the event for a consensual sexual encounter. It should be noted, the two had a previous consensual relationship prior to this night.

The woman describes the brutal blow-by-blow, accusing him of a violent assault.

“While going up the stairs at the house, [Trey Songz] repeatedly asked [Jane Doe] if he could ‘get that a–,’ meaning have anal sex. [Jane Doe] repeatedly told [Songz] NO in response to the requests,” the lawsuit states.

It continued, “After entering a bedroom at the house, [Songz] threw [Jane Doe] to the ground, ripped her pants off, and pinned her down face first on the bedroom floor. [Songz] then forced his erect pe–s into her anus without her consent, causing severe physical and emotional injury.”

In the lawsuit, the woman claims she “screamed in pain” and “begged” him to stop. During the incident, the woman says she “tried to fight” the singer off of her, but was “overpowered” by him.

After the incident, the woman claims she “ran from the bedroom half-naked,” and “left her underwear behind.” Eventually, she claims to have called an Uber to go home, but the driver rerouted and took her to Providence Joseph Medical Center Emergency Care Unit in Burbank, California. After arriving, she says she received emergency medical treatment and sexual assault counseling.

In the lawsuit, the woman says the hospital performed a sexual assault exam and immediately called Burbank Police Department. “The Medical Center determined that [Jane Doe] had severe anal tearing that could require surgery,” it states. Adding, “The Police arrived early morning March 25, 2016. In shock and fearing for her life, she did not provide [Songz’s] name to the police. The police attempted to access her Uber account to find the location of the violent rape, but [Jane Doe] was too afraid to let them see it.”

“The next day, police went to Jane Doe’s residence, but still terrified of [Trey Songz] and in shock, did not open the door,” it concludes.

The lawsuit is seeking $20 Million in damages.
