The men will appear in court on Friday morning.
Two men have been formally charged with the murder of journalist Lyra McKee.

29-year-old McKee was shot dead while covering riots that broke out in Derry in April of 2019.
McKee's death was quickly condemned as a "senseless act of violence" as police in Northern Ireland opened a now long-running investigation.
On Thursday night (16 September), PSNI detectives charged two men – aged 21 and 33, respectively – with McKee's murder.
The two men were also charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life, riot, possession of petrol bombs, throwing petrol bombs and arson.
The 33-year-old man has also been charged with robbery.
A third man, aged 20, has been charged with riot, possession of petrol bombs and throwing petrol bombs.
All three men are expected to appear before Derry Magistrates Court via video link on Friday morning.

A 19-year-old man arrested during the same operation has been released, pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
