Pete Davidson seemingly left his BDE at the door when he broke up with Olivia O’Brien.
The singer, 22, revealed she briefly dated the “Saturday Night Live” funnyman, 28, in 2020, but he ended things through a text message in October.
“He texted me and was like, ‘I’m seeing someone else. So, like, I can’t,'” she said on Wednesday’s episode of the “BFFs” podcast with Dave Portnoy, Josh Richards and Brianna Chickenfry.
The Barstool Sports founder asked the “Josslyn” hitmaker “what was going on” between her and Davidson.
“Where did you hear that?” she responded. “How did you hear that?”
Portnoy then read an anonymous submission to the celebrity gossip Instagram account Deux Moi, which suggested the “SNL” alum broke up with her in order to pursue “Bridgerton” actress, Phoebe Dynevor.

O’Brien said she didn’t think “anyone knew about that,” noting that it happened “a long time ago,” and she still thinks he is a “nice guy.”

The singer also revealed she finds it “so annoying” that “guys don’t get it” when it comes to Pete’s appeal when it comes to his looks and personality.

The stand-up comedian never confirmed his romance with Dynevor, 27, but the pair were photographed hugging in her native England in April 2021.
They attended a Wimbledon match together in July, but they called it quits the next month.
“The long distance made it very difficult,” a source told E! News at the time. “They had fun, but it wasn’t sustainable being so far apart. It was great while it lasted, but they both agreed it was best to move on.”
