Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker aren’t legally married, had ceremony for fun

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are not legally married, Page Six can reveal.

The pair, who reportedly tied the knot in Las Vegas after the Grammys Sunday, just had a ceremony for fun but there was nothing legal about it, as they never got a marriage license, sources familiar with the situation told us.

“They had a ceremony, but on paper it’s not legal yet,” one insider shared Tuesday morning.

Clark County records for marriage licenses and certificates also show that the couple never applied for or received one.

We’re also told the Poosh founder will post a clarifying message about the wedding reports.

Reps for the couple didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

The hot-and-heavy couple’s ceremony was chock full of Vegas kitsch, including an Elvis Presley officiant. It appears the One Love Chapel made an exception for the A-list couple, as its website notes that it won’t conduct a ceremony without a marriage license.

Given that they fake-eloped in Vegas for fun, perhaps a real wedding is just around the corner. Sources told TMZ that Kardashian, 42, and Barker, 46, are planning “several” other celebrations with “lots of fanfare.”

This will be the former “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” star’s first marriage while it will be Barker’s third. Kardashian shares three children with ex Scott Disick, and Barker shares two kids with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

Kardashian and Barker got engaged in a beachfront proposal in October 2021 after dating for about nine months.

The musician proposed at the Rosewood Miramar Beach hotel surrounded by an elaborate display of red roses and white candles. He wore a black and white striped shirt and dark pants while the reality star rocked a flowing black ensemble.
