Paula Abdul is finally giving fans a health update after canceling her "Straight Up! To Canada Tour" earlier this year.
The former "American Idol" judge revealed in September that she had to cancel her tour due to unspecified injuries. Her "Straight Up! To Canada Tour "was set to kick off on September 25 in Victoria, British Columbia, and was planned to wrap up on October 26.
The tour included a stop in Fargo, North Dakota, on October 12, and Paula Abdul was also scheduled to perform a show in Anchorage, Alaska, before the tour began.

Paula Abdul Met With Her Doctors For 'Multiple Consultations'
The 62-year-old also revealed that she had “multiple consultations” with her doctors to explore “all available options.”
“I’ve been advised that one of my injuries requires a minor procedure followed by a 6-8 week recovery time, therefore it will prohibit me from proceeding with the 'Straight Up! To Canada Tour' as well as the dates in Alaska and North Dakota,” she wrote at the time. “I want to extend my deepest apologies to all my amazing fans in Canada and the US, you mean the world to me and this truly breaks my heart."
"I’ve been looking forward to the energy, love, and connection we always share when we’re together," she concluded.

Nigel Lythgoe Claims Paula Abdul’s Sexual Assault Allegations Are False
Following the "wild" allegations, Nigel Lythgoe claimed he was "shocked and saddened by the allegations" made by Paula Abdul.
“To say that I am shocked and saddened by the allegations made against me by Paula Abdul is a wild understatement. For more than two decades, Paula and I have interacted as dear — and entirely platonic — friends and colleagues,” he said in a statement shortly after the news broke. “Yesterday, however, out of the blue, I learned of these claims in the press and I want to be clear: not only are they false, they are deeply offensive to me and to everything I stand for.”
He concluded, “While Paula’s history of erratic behavior is well known, I can’t pretend to understand exactly why she would file a lawsuit that she must know is untrue. But I can promise that I will fight this appalling smear with everything I have.”
Abdul then spoke out, via her lawyer, stating, “Mr. Lythgoe’s answer to Ms. Abdul’s complaint is classic victim shaming. Mr. Lythgoe fails to appreciate that he held a position of power over Ms. Abdul. He was a producer on ‘American Idol’ and ‘SYTYCD’ and she was the talent. He held the cards to her career in his hand and he knew it.”
