Britney Spears’ boyfriend Sam Asghari was photographed ring shopping at Cartier in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Thursday, Sept. 2, according to Page Six.
The 27-year-old personal trainer was seen looking at items inside the store’s jewelry case before an employee took out a diamond ring for him to look at closer.

Asghari, who also works as a model and actor, met Spears on the set of her “Slumber Party” music video in 2016. The two began dating five months later and have been together ever since.
Spears, who has been in a conservatorship since 2008, addressed a court for the first time in June to plead for the conservatorship to end, alleging abuse.
In her testimony, she revealed that she would like to get married and have a baby, but her conservatorship has blocked her from doing so.
“I would like to progressively move forward and I want to have the real deal. I want to be able to get married and have a baby,” she testified. “I was told right now on the conservatorship I’m not able to get married or have a baby.”
She added that her conservatorship was preventing her from taking her IUD out despite her desire to have a baby. “This so-called team won’t let me go to the doctor to take it out because they don’t want me to have any children, any more children,” she said. Spears shares two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline: Sean, 15, and Jayden, 14.
Asghari has also been public with his desire to get married. In a 2019 interview with ET, he said he “absolutely” sees marriage in his future with Spears.
“This is something that every couple should do,” he said. “That’s the whole point of a relationship — we are a family.”
He has also previously criticized Britney’s father Jaime Spears, who was conservator of Britney’s person until 2019 and currently remains conservator of her estate, for “constantly throwing obstacles our way.”
“Now it’s important for people to understand that I have zero respect for someone trying to control our relationship,” Asghari wrote on his Instagram Story in February after Hulu’s Framing Britney Spears documentary aired.
Britney has previously shared videos of her working out with Asghari to her Instagram.
Asghari is not the only celebrity spotted shopping for engagement rings recently.
Last week, Ben Affleck was photographed browsing engagement rings at Tiffany’s in Century City, Calif. The 49-year-old actor renewed his relationship with Jennifer Lopez back in April, after the couple had previously been engaged from 2002–2004.
