Pippa Middleton has spoken out about her baby son Arthur for the first time.
The mum-of-one and sister of Kate Middleton has kept tight-lipped on life with her little one, who is now six months old, until now.
Writing in her Waitrose magazine column, Pippa opened up about life as a mum and even offered some words of wisdom as she revealed she is already teaching her little son how to swim.
The stunning socialite wrote: "Starting my son Arthur swimming at four months old has given him confidence and enjoyment in water."
"He's now six months old, and swimming is one of our favourite activities. This exercise helps guarantee sound daytime sleeps, and the movement has improved his digestion ... Water activity is a great form of exercise you can do with your baby."

This is the first time Pippa has spoken publicly about baby Arthur, whom she shares with husband James Matthews.
The couple welcomed their first child together in October 2018.
A spokesperson confirmed the news to HELLO! , saying: "James and Pippa have had a baby boy. He was born Monday 15th October at 1.58pm, weighing 8lb 9oz. Everyone is delighted and mother and baby are doing well."
And it seems little Arthur won't be stuck for company growing up as he has three very famous cousins - it is, of course, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
On his father's side of the family, Arthur has a cousin in Spencer Matthews - brother to James - and Vogue William 's son Theodore.
Speaking about how nice it is that his and his brother's sons are growing up together, Spencer previously told HELLO!: "It's always lovely for babies to grow up in a similar age gap and it's nice to have cousins be of a similar age."
