He may not be getting red carpet ready, but Ryan Seacrest is prepping for a very different Sunday night.
The longtime “American Idol” host, 46, posted a steamy shower video of himself on Sunday ahead of a new episode of the musical competition show.
“Dim the lights and start the shower! Practicing my lines before the show. Tune in to #AmericanIdol tonight on @ABCNetwork!” he captioned the Instagram vid.
Seacrest announced earlier this month that he was quitting “E!’s Live from the Red Carpet” after 14 years of red carpet interviews.
“I’ve decided to move on to new adventures,” he said in a statement at the time, thanking his co-host Giuliana Rancic. “Thanks to everyone for watching all these years.”
Rancic interviewed celebrities — albeit virtually — on Sunday alongside Seacrest’s replacement, Karamo Brown.
Meanwhile, Seacrest has been with “American Idol” since its second season in 2002.
