Shannon Beador had an unexpected run-in with ex-husband David Beador Friday night — and they were not upset about it at all.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star, 59, and construction company owner, 58, were seen smiling in a selfie they took together to commemorate the rare moment.
Shannon posted the image on her Instagram Story and shared that the reunion took place at The Quiet Woman, a popular restaurant in Orange County, Calif., that has been featured often on “RHOC.”
The reality star added the hashtag, “#itsbeenyears” alongside a shrug emoji.
This is the first time Shannon and David — who share three daughters — have enjoyed a friendly encounter in public after going through a very contentious split.

The pair had been trying to make their relationship work after learning that David had an affair, but were unable to get back on track.
“It’s heartbreaking for me and my daughters that this is the road that had to be taken but it’s the only way,” Shannon told People at the time.

Two months later, Shannon filed for divorce — even though she previously revealed that David was the one to pull the plug on the marriage.
The exes then went back and forth for a few years as they fought over child custody and whether the businessman was going pay the Bravolebrity any spousal support.

“I requested Mrs. Beador agree to not drinking or being drunk in front of the children and the request was denied and in fact disputed that she even stated she ‘self-medicates’ even though the television clip of her stating it is currently on the Bravo (NBCU) website and was included and quoted on several media articles,” he claimed.

David, for his part, also moved on and married his pregnant fiancée Lesley Cook in October 2020. Shannon claimed at the time she sent a baby gift, but it was sent back.
David has since filed for divorce from his second wife. Shannon is also newly single, as she and Janseen called it quits in January.
