And Strictly Come Dancing star Maisie Smith has thrown herself into training, as pro Gorka Marquez shared a glimpse of their gruelling practice on Monday.
The EastEnders star, 19, proved she’s ready to put in the extra hours to nail the moves ahead of her first performance, impressing her partner by going through her steps even as they were meant to break for lunch.

Gorka took to Instagram Stories to share a glimpse of training with Maisie, saying: ‘Rehearsal day we were on lunch break, well we were on lunch break, she’s been practising the whole lunch break, a great student!’
He then turned the camera to show Maisie going through her solo steps as she prepared for the first live show this weekend.
Later Gorka shared another video after a lengthy day of training, with Maisie admitting that despite her commitment she’d struggled with getting through the day.

He said: ‘Monday rehearsal finished, how are you feeling?’ to which Maisie replied: ‘I’m done,’ clearly exhausted after spending hours in the training room.
Gorka added: ‘She wanted to stay until like 10, I said you won’t make it, and I was right she didn’t make it!’
Maisie and Gorka will join 11 other couples set to take to the dancefloor this weekend after the pairings were unveiled last week.
Earlier this week head judge Shirley Ballas offered some words of wisdom for Maisie, who is already the bookies favourite to be crowned series champion.

Maisie, who stars as Tiffany Butcher on the hit BBC soap, won Strictly’s Children In Need special alongside Kevin Clifton last year – making her a favourite to win the BBC series.
Speaking to The Sun about Maisie, Shirley said: ‘She won the special but if I was Maisie I wouldn’t take anything for granted because doing one dance is not like doing ten weeks.’
Maisie was paired with Gorka Marquez during the highly-anticipated Strictly 2020 opening show on Saturday night.
It comes after Maisie recently admitted she is ‘on a mission’ to get as fit as possible, with her eyes firmly set on the glitterball trophy.
