T.J. Holmes, Amy Robach wear matching outfits on jog after ABC ousting

“GMA3” anchors-turned-lovers T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach tried to lay low on a run in Los Angeles after news broke that they’re leaving ABC.

The embattled couple wore matching exercise gear and exited the same house within minutes of each other Friday morning but opted to jog in opposite directions, as seen in Page Six’s exclusive photos.

Holmes, 45, appeared downcast as he made his way down the sidewalk in a black fitted hoodie, matching compression pants and bright red Nike sneakers.

His black-and-gray camo-printed shorts matched 49-year-old Robach’s black-and-gray-speckled leggings, and both made sure to have their ear pods plugged in for the workout.

Robach, for her part, also sported a fitted black tank and lime green Nike trainers in addition to aviator-style sunglasses.

We’re told the New Yorkers — whose affair allegedly began while training together for the March 2022 New York City Half Marathon — have been conducting mediation talks with ABC from LA, where they’ve been staying following a quick getaway to Turks and Caicos.

As we reported, the pair are about to be unemployed.

A source with knowledge of the discussions taking place with the network told us the broadcasters have not yet signed on the dotted line of their respective exit agreements but that termination will be the ultimate “conclusion.”

Both Holmes and Robach will reportedly receive contract payouts; however, a second insider told us, “Unless ABC reaches a satisfactory departure agreement with both Amy and T.J., they would both be looking at filing lawsuits against the network.”

Holmes has allegedly hooked up with at least four other ABC employees, including two junior staffers.

TMZ also reported that the station and its anchors have decided to cut ties after “extremely contentious” negotiations.

Per the outlet, the journalists have been accused of “various forms of misconduct,” including that Robach once showed up to work “drunk” and alcohol was found in her dressing room.

However, sources told TMZ the allegations were both “insane” and “ridiculous.”

Rep for Holmes, Robach and ABC did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The duo’s affair became public in November 2022. Though many were shocked, we’re told the then-married colleagues’ romance was a “a pretty open secret” among the “GMA” family.

After the network launched an investigation into the nature of their relationship, it was reported that Holmes had allegedly had romances with three other employees, including married producer Natasha Singh, script coordinator Jasmin Pettaway — whom he allegedly had sex with in his office — and another junior staffer we chose not to name.

“[Holmes] and Amy are equals,” a insider recently told us, “but if he did have an affair with an underling, that is a definite case for his dismissal.”

Though the two are currently dating, Robach was reportedly “blindsided” by “the scope of T.J.’s alleged past office romances.”

Holmes filed for divorce from wife of almost 13 years Marilee Fiebig in late December.

Meanwhile, a source told us in early December that Robach’s divorce from Andrew Shue is “almost finalized” and that the “Melrose Place” alum “moved out” during the summer.
