‘The Talk’ co-host Sheryl Underwood upstaged by cockroach on-air

“The Talk” had an uninvited, less-than-special guest this week.

Co-host Sheryl Underwood was recently robbed of her on-camera thunder when a colossal cockroach crawled into her shot during a live broadcast.

The six-legged space invader made its tickling television debut Monday, as the comedienne-turned-daytime talk show dynamo launched into a segment about a not-so-funny disorderly Delta Airlines passenger on a flight from Los Angeles to Atlanta on June 4.

In the now-viral clip, Underwood, 57, seems to be unfazed by the uninvited encroacher.

And even though she stumbled over her words a bit as the creepy creature climbed the on-set furniture in her background, it’s likely that the Emmy-winner didn’t even know the bugaboo was lurking just a few feet away from her head.

Representatives for “The Talk” did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

But the celebrated television series was just renewed for a 12th season on the heels of veteran co-host Sharon Osbourne’s controversial exit in March.

“JUST ANNOUNCED! #TheTalk has been officially renewed for another year on @CBS returning for a 12th season in 2021-2022! More fun, more topics, more talk!” read a post on the show’s official Twitter account Monday.

Osbourne, 68, stepped down as a tenured “The Talk” co-panelist shortly after she and Underwood engaged in a heated on-air race debate — which ultimately resulted in Underwood saying she suffered from PTSD

Following the incendiary incident, the show went on a month-long hiatus but resumed in April.

So far, CBS has yet to announce Osbourne’s replacement, nor has the network confirmed whether the remaining cast — Underwood, Carrie Ann Inaba, 53, Amanda Kloots, 39, and Elaine Welteroth, 34 — will all be returning next season.

But it’s safe to say the roach’s contract won’t be renewed.
