Todrick Hall Has No Business Insinuating ‘Ellen Show’ Drama Led To ‘tWitch’ Boss’ Death

Todrick Hall needs to mind his business according to Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ friends.

The social media star recently gave his two cents on what COULD HAVE contributed to tWitch’s mental state prior to taking his own life.

The former ‘Ellen Show’ DJ died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head in December 2022.

He was only 40-years-old at the time of his death.

Hall implied that Ellen DeGeneres’ toxic workplace scandal in 2020 may have led to declined mental health for tWitch and ultimately his suicide.

A number of anonymous employees came forward and accused the ‘Ellen Show’ of allowing an on-set culture of “racism, fear and intimidation.”

As you can imagine, the toxic workplace accusations spread like wildfire on the internet and many came after tWitch for standing by DeGeneres.

“People were looking at him like, ‘Why are you still supporting this woman’, and I think he was under a lot of pressure,” Hall said. “I don’t know what was going on in his life that may [have led] him to make that decision but I do understand.”

However, those closest to the late DJ are telling Hall to “CLAM UP!”

According to reports, sources close to tWitch say it’s extremely irresponsible, negligent and self-serving of the reality TV star to assume he knows what led to the DJ’s death.

Mind you, Hall made these comments while promoting his new show, “The Real Friends of WeHo.”

TMZ learned that the former “So You Think You Can Dance” contestant loved his time on the hit daytime talk-show, and had a ton of respect for DeGeneres and his coworkers.

The comedian even made him a co-executive producer in its final season.

tWitch left behind a suicide note which alluded to past struggles and challenges, but the full extent of the note is still unknown.

DeGeneres has spoken out multiple times following her co-worker and dear friend’s death.

Right before the holidays, she issued an emotional video about honoring tWitch.

“Hey everybody, um, I just wanted to say the past 11 days have been really tough for everyone. Everyone is in pain, and trying to make sense of it and we’ll never make sense of it,” she admitted.

“The holidays are hard I think, anyway. But to honor tWitch, I think the best thing we can do is to laugh, hug each other and play games, and dance and sing,” Ellen said. “That’s the way we honor him, is we do the things he loved to do, which is dancing. He LOVED music, he loved games, so, we do that.”

tWtich joined “The Ellen Show” in 2014 and was a staple on the show until it’s very last episode in 2022.

Ellen promoted tWitch to executive producer of her long-running daytime talk show in 2020.

She went on to discuss how the grieving process has been.

“And I know it seems hard, it seems impossible. But that’s how we honor him and hug each other and tell each other we love each other and let people know we’re there for them and check in on people,” she added. “So, happy holidays everybody, and um, I know it’s not a happy holiday, but he was pure light as everybody in the comments said.”

Ellen concluded her message by once again telling her fans, “Let’s honor him and think about him and send love to one another.”
