The highly anticipated third Walking Dead series has found three lead characters, Variety reported on Wednesday (July 10).
Alexa Mansour, Nicolas Cantu and Hal Cumpston will join the series, which follows two female protagonists and focuses on “the first generation to come-of-age in the zombie apocalypse.”
A second lead female role will also be cast.
Alexa’s character is described as “a good-natured rule breaker who lives for today,” while Nicholas‘s character is reportedly “small for his age in addition to being friendly and an old soul.” Hal’s character is reportedly “big for his age…he is a shy loner that scares some kids, but he hates the fact that he scares people.”
This as-of-yet untitled show will join both The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead.
