Hughley’s post came as details about West and Kardashian’s divorce settlement were made public on Tuesday.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the Skims founder, 42, and “Donda” rapper, 45, will have joint custody with “equal access” to their four children – North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.

Sources close to Kardashian told TMZ that she will continue to have the kids 80 percent of the time.

In addition to paying the “Kardashians” star a hefty payment each month for child support, he is also responsible for half of their educational costs, including their tuition and security expenses.

As part of the settlement, the former couple also agreed that they were required to attend mediation if they ever have an argument regarding any of their children.

If either party does not attend mediation, the participating party becomes the person to make decisions regarding the kids.
