Singer Jessie James Decker and former NFL star Eric Decker‘s relationship has lasted over a decade and produced three children since they first met in 2011. She had made a covenant with herself to avoid males at the time of their accidental meeting, which was disclosed in her memoir “Just Jessie: My Guide to Love, Life, Family, and Food,” published in 2018.

Over the years, the couple has shared countless PDA moments with fans while on private excursions to exotic locations and in the coziness of their homes. While there are presently no intentions to grow the family, there is still a possibility that another child would be added to the family if Eric doesn’t go through with a proposed vasectomy.

Sometime during the date, the mutual acquaintance showed Eric a photo of Jessie, which got him interested in meeting.
With the ball now rolling, Jessie made a point of letting Eric do some chasing before succumbing to his eventual demands for a relationship. The duo subsequently revealed a year after that the former NFL player had got down on one knee to propose.
Years later, when pressed on what it took to convince Eric to put a ring on her finger, Jessie gave dating tips to other women hoping to skip the single life. “You deserve it. The duo got married in June 2013 at St. Francis Church in Castle Rock, Colorado, which was followed by a reception at Castle Cliff Estates. Demaryius Thomas of the Denver Broncos, former head coach Glen Mason and many more close friends and family were among the guests.
Only a few months after their beautiful wedding, the former NFL star and his singer wife disclosed that they were expecting their first child. Vivianne, the couple’s first child, was born in March 2014. The couple’s second child, a son named Eric Jr, was born the following year, and the third, Forrest, was born in 2018.
During this period, Jessie and Eric launched their own reality show, “Eric & Jessie: Game On. The show lasted three seasons, ending in October of 2017. It allowed viewers to see the couple’s transformation from newlyweds to parents, as well as other aspects of their lives.

During the same time frame as the podcast, Eric, in an interview with Us Weekly, raved over his wife, saying that she was the perfect match for his personality.
“A lot of times, I can get more serious … and she’s so free-spirited. I just found that she brings kind of that enthusiasm to the house and kind of the light-hearted energy that I think is so important to just enjoy, you know, the moments that we have,” he said at the time.
