Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi ‘cut back’ on Ozempic after losing too much weight

Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi is reducing the amount of Ozempic she takes after losing too much weight.

The “Shahs of Sunset” alum posted a lengthy Instagram video Thursday in which she showed off her slimmed-down figure and revealed she is down to 111 pounds.

“When I started semaglutide shots, I was 138 pounds. Now, I’m about 110 pounds. As you can see, I’ve lost a little more weight than I was anticipating to lose,” Gharachedaghi, 41, said in the clip.

“I decided I’m only gonna weigh myself on the days of my injections just to document it, and on April 30, I got on the scale, and I saw 111 pounds.”

Seeing the drastically reduced number made Gharachedaghi realize she had to “cut back” on the trendy drug, which is actually meant to treat diabetes.

“That’s when I started cutting down on units and going backwards and backwards until finally now, I’m just on maintenance,” she shared.

The formerBravolebrity said she might go off Ozempic completely at some point and even acknowledged the risk of gaining “all” of the weight back — but she is focusing on “enjoying” her new body.

“I encourage it to anybody who’s having a hard time losing weight and wants the ‘easy route.’ Summer’s around the corner,” she said.

“I’m not trying to stress that being skinny is what you should do, but truth is, some of y’all want to do it. So I’m talking to you guys … not the f–king haters. To the haters, kiss my ribs, bitch.”

Gharachedaghi first shared at the end of February that she had started taking the injections and already had lost 11 pounds.

“I am on the weight-loss shots, honey, OK,” she said in a video at the time. “I’m just not going to lie about it because I always keep it real about what is fake.”

By mid-May, she was down 30 pounds but admitted the drug left her feeling hungry.

“Look, I’m gonna go smoke a little pot and I’m gonna eat,” she told “Entertainment Tonight,” adding that she did not “see a reason to hide” her weight-loss secret.

“There [are] so many people out there who want to do the same thing or they want to learn about what you did,” Gharachedaghi added.
