Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde go on dinner date amid ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ drama

“Don’t Worry Darling,” they’re in love.

Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde seemed to be celebrating the release of their film, “Don’t Worry Darling,” on Friday with some Mexican food, according to photos obtained by TMZ.

The low-key couple kept things casual for their dinner date in Bedford, New York, with the “Late Night Talking” singer donning an Adidas tracksuit and the actress opting for a simple white T-shirt and jeans.

Their dinner date comes just one day after Styles finished his 15-night residency at Madison Square Garden in New York City — with Wilde supporting him from the VIP area of the arena.

The couple had also faced breakup rumors earlier this month after they seemed a little distant at the Venice Film Festival.

However, the tension might have been due to the ongoing drama between the “DWD” cast rather than the two lovebirds.

According to an insider who reportedly spent “significant time” on set for the film, Wilde and leading actress, Florence Pugh, had a “blowout argument” in the midst of filming the psychological thriller.

The “Little Women” actress was supposedly unhappy with Wilde’s “frequent, unexplained absences” once she and Styles started dating.

“Olivia and Harry would just disappear,” the source told Vulture about Pugh’s frustrations leading up to the fight in January 2021.

Fans suspected there was a rift between the two actresses when the “Midsommar” star failed to post any promotional content for the film, or “like” any of Wilde’s posts about it in general. She only began promoting the film on Friday when it premiered.

Around that same time, Page Six broke the news that Pugh was not a fan of the “Holivia” romance.

“I can tell you for a fact that Flo seeing Olivia and Harry all over each other on set did not go down well as Olivia was still with Jason when she first hooked up with Harry,” a source told us back in July, noting that the actress-turned-director called it quits with Jason Sudeikis while filming.

Things took a turn for the worse one month later when Shia LaBeouf rebutted Wilde’s claim that she fired him from “DWD” in order to protect Pugh.

The “Holes” actor claimed he had quit the film due to scheduling conflicts — which he backed up with video and screenshots of their conversations.

However, Wilde has since doubled down on her claims, telling Stephen Colbert that LaBeouf gave her an “ultimatum” and she “chose Florence.”

“Early on in the process of making the film, as the director, I tried to mediate a situation between people to try to see if they could work together happily,” Wilde said on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”

“Once it became clear that it was not a tenable working relationship, I was given an ultimatum. I chose my actress — which I’m very happy I did.”

In fact, Warner Bros executives, Michael De Luca and Pam Abdy, shut down any drama speculation, telling Page Six in a statement Friday, “We are so proud of the work that Olivia Wilde has done making this incredibly beautiful and entertaining film and look forward to collaborating with her again.

“The studio is very grateful and appreciative of the tireless support by Olivia in bringing her vision to life from production through release.  Any suggestion of conflict between the studio and Olivia is simply not true.”
