Model Heidi Montag is showing her followers exactly how she stays so fit while she’s pregnant.
While on vacation with her husband, Spencer Pratt, and her son, 4-year-old Gunner Stone, the pregnant “The Hills” star showed her followers how she stays so fit!

In the video, Heidi tells Spencer that she’s going to do a “pregnancy-themed workout here” while she does some “air squats” standing barefoot in the sand as the waves rush up to her feet. Spencer encourages his son Gunner to join in, but he seems more excited to get down in the sand and do some push-ups instead. Spencer counts to six before he ends the video.
Heidi captioned the video “pregnancy workout” and included the hashtags #vacation, #pregnant, and #summer.

MGEALast month, the couple held a gender reveal party to find out the sex of their new bundle of joy. Blue confetti erupted from cannons that they were holding and Gunner – who is soon to be a big brother – even brought out a blue-colored cake to mark the occasion.
It seems that she was expecting a baby girl, as the 35-year-old reality star told ET that “My whole intuition is off.” That being said, she’s still happy that her son will grow up with a brother.
“Growing up I always wanted boys and then recently, I kinda started thinking, I don’t know, I kinda want a girl and having one of each,” she told the publication. “For Gunner, he really wants a brother, so, you know, ultimately I want what would be best for him and his life.” Spencer, 38, added, “I wanted whatever she wanted.”
However, things didn’t come easily for the couple.
The Couple Got Candid With Their Struggles To Conceive A Second Child

Heidi said that she felt like it was her “fault” that she couldn’t conceive, explaining, “It was really hard to feel like you want something so bad and it’s just not possible.” She added, “There’s nothing else I could have done.” She also considered that her age might have played a factor in her fertility struggles, referring it as “one of the biggest challenges” that she has ever been through.
“I know I’m so blessed and I’m healthy and I have a beautiful son, so I don’t wanna sound ungrateful at all because I am so grateful for everything that I have,” she added. “At the same time, I was just hoping to have one more chance to be a mom to a little baby and to have that opportunity for my son to experience having a sibling.”

Instagram | Heidi Montag“I have to keep reminding myself that I’m pregnant because I’m so busy,” Heidi continued. “My first pregnancy, that was all I was thinking about and looking at all my apps and reading all the books and we were in Santa Barbara transitioning to L.A. and now I’m just so busy being a mom and running Pratt Daddy Crystals, which is our company that we have, and studying for a real estate exam and cleaning our house and just L.A. traffic, so I’m so busy throughout the day.”
“I need to remember to just slow down, enjoy the time because this might be my last pregnancy – it most likely will – so I’m just trying to enjoy it as much as I can and soak it up and remind myself,” she added. “But the feelings are coming back and I personally love being pregnant. I think it’s one of the most incredible experiences. It’s such a miracle. It’s such a blessing and so, I just wanna really embrace it.”
