Kaley Cuoco‘s two-month-old daughter is surprisingly already a music lover, and what’s more interesting is that she seems to be into pop rock!

The American actress, who welcomed her baby daughter, Matilda, on March 30, 2023, with her handsome partner Tom Pelphrey revealed on Instagram the genre of music that calms her child whenever she’s in distress.

Cuoco, who seems to have cultivated the habit of sharing updates of her motherhood journey with her fans on social media, once again, took to the internet to reveal a new thing she’s learned about her baby daughter.

Taking to her Instagram Story, the “Big Bang Theory” actress uploaded an 11-second clip showcasing herself patting and calming baby Matilda in their luxurious home. Stationed in the dining area of their beautifully furnished house, Cuoco appeared comfortably dressed in a black top and baggy blue and white shorts.

The blonde beauty packed her tresses into a high messy bun updo while her little one was dressed in a cute blue onesie. Surrounded by her furry pets observing what was happening, the mom of one showered love on her daughter as she carried her in her arms and swayed to the beat that played in the background.


The music, set to the tune of the Jonas Brothers‘ “Sucker,” echoed loudly through the house while the actress gyrated to the sound with her baby in her arms. 


Explaining the whole scenario that was going on in the clip, she revealed in the caption, writing, “Not kidding. Was screaming. I turned on @jonasbrothers. Stopped crying, lol we have a fan here, folks.”

It seems that Cuoco’s one-month-old baby is already enthralled with the entertainment world, just like her mama. In a follow-up update, the “Flight Attendant” star gushed about baby Matilda getting her first role in acting while still inside the actress’s belly. 


The 37-year-old producer posted an intriguing scene from the new series, which she featured while pregnant with baby Matilda. In the image, she and her co-star were captured in an elevator while a pregnant Cuoco donned a yellow dress and styled her sandy blonde bangs in wavy curls.

Noting that the series be aired on the “Peacock” streaming service, she quipped in her caption, “Matilda’s first starring role LOL.” 

All About Cuoco’s ‘Based On A True Story’ Comedy Thriller 


For her first major project since becoming a mother, Haley will star in Peacock’s original series, “Based On A True Story,” which is set to premiere on June 8.


Per People Magazine, the upcoming dramedy “threw a murder-loving Cuoco into a local mystery. In the series, due to her fumbling finances and an interest in true crime that she knows is highly “monetizable,” the actress’s character devised a wildly dangerous plan to catch a serial killer.”


On Monday, May 15, its first official trailer was released, and fans looked into Cuoco’s role in the true crime series was provided.

The captivating trailer introduced the mother-to-be, Ava Bartlett (Cuoco), as she watched an actual crime video on her phone and revealed to her husband, who was played by (Chris Messina), that the topic she was watching was happening close to their home. She said in the trailer, “They’re talking about this serial killer in our backyard. It is so exciting.”


However, as the scenes progressed, Ava’s home life suffered as she became consumed by her true crime mission, complete with girls’ wine nights to chat about the topic.

So when Cuoco’s character witnessed a tragic murder by the notorious “West Side Ripper,” she embarked on an unlikely journey and searched for answers. She hoped to achieve this through a crazy plan to bring the suspected killer on her new podcast.


From an excerpt in the trailer, she said, “No one ever went broke betting on America’s obsession with murder. He’ll never hurt anyone again – or we go to the cops.”


While the couple’s podcast ploy may be a dead end, they still attempted to hand over a mic to a serial killer. Cuoco and Messina are joined by Tom Bateman, Natalia Dyer, and more in the upcoming comedy crime series Jason Bateman and Craig Rosenberg create.
