In a recent show, the comedian joked about the enormous quantity of baby oil discovered in Diddy's home and the music mogul's lawyer's defense of the find.
Williams had previously mocked Diddy by sharing a humorous AI-generated clip and suggesting that the rapper might be planning to "snitch" on his associates.
Sean "Diddy" Combs is currently facing felony charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Katt Williams Jokes About Diddy's Massive Baby Oil Stash
Williams has ramped up his jabs at Diddy ever since the rapper was arrested and charged with sex crimes.
In a recent comedy set, the comedian joked about the 1,000 bottles of baby oil found in the rapper's apartment, cleverly intertwining the punchline with the rapper's lawyer's defense regarding the discovery.
"P. Diddy's dumb-ss lawyer said, 'He probably got it at Costco.' Costco hit right back and said, 'We don't even sell baby oil," Williams quipped at some point during his at Lucas Oil Live at WinStar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
The comedian also cranked up the humor by discussing rumors that the baby oil was actually a liquid form of the drug GHB.

What Did Diddy's Lawyer Have To Say About His 1000 Bottles Of Baby Oil?
In a surprising raid carried out in the music mogul's Miami and L.A. homes in March, Homeland Security agents discovered and confiscated 1000 bottles of baby oil and lubricants as part of investigations into his alleged sex crimes.
However, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilio, claimed that the stash was present in Diddy's homes because he prefers to buy his toiletries in bulk like any other American.
"I don't think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know," Agnifilo told the New York Post.

He continued, "And you know these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know, we can't get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there would be no more people."

Fans Applaud Katt Williams For Mocking Diddy's Lawyer
On social media, fans had plenty to say after a recorded video of the set surfaced online.
A user pointed out how the comedian seemingly predicted Diddy's downfall, writing, "Katt is one of the Horsemen of The Apocalypse. Whole year went off the rails ever since he opened his mouth."
Some users also claimed that Diddy's lawyer wasn't the best for him, as seen by his response to the Diddy baby oil revelation.
One asked, "Why [did] Diddy hire a clown for a lawyer instead of a dream team with all that money [?]"
Another commented, "I've been saying this over & over. I don't get how that's Diddy's lawyer. There's a whole bunch of A-list celebrity lawyers I've seen and heard, and he picks this guy? Diddy must want to go to prison."
Katt Williams Believes Diddy Will 'Snitch' On His Associates During His Trial
Williams' dig about Diddy comes days after he reposted an AI-generated clip that parodied scenes from the iconic 1991 film "New Jack City," which starred Wesley Snipes as a drug pusher character, Nino Brown.
In the AI-edited version, Diddy's face is replaced with Brown and backdrops on the famous courtroom scene in the film. Brown is then seen attempting to shift blame by identifying one of his assistants as the "real head" of his gang.
Williams also appears to be in the crowd, looking appalled after Brown (Diddy) implicated the associate.
"Diddy [is] about to snitch on everybody," reads the caption on the video, which the comedian reposted.

Rapper 50 Cent Previously Joked About Diddy's Baby Oil Revelation
Unsurprisingly, Williams isn't the only one taking shots at Diddy's legal troubles. Rapper 50 Cent also joined in, with his latest jab referencing the discovery of baby oil.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), 50 Cent shared an image of Johnson's Baby Oil, seemingly parodying one of the many bottles found in Diddy's home.
However, this version was edited to feature Diddy's name, with the inscription reading, "Diddy Oil." He also added the caption, "Coming soon! LOL," as if he were planning to mass-produce the oil.
The oils were reportedly part of the sexual items Diddy used to organize his "Freak Offs," which have been described as drug-induced orgies that he directed and produced, involving both female victims and male prostitutes.
The music mogul has since been denied bail twice and is currently being held in the Special Housing Unit of the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York. A trial date has yet to be set, although a status conference to discuss the case's progress is slated for October 9.
