Back in the fall of 2016, Kim Kardashian was involved in a very scary incident, that almost cost her her life. Kardashian was in Paris, where she ended up tied up in a bathroom, and held at gunpoint.
This was done during Paris Fashion Week, as 12 men were involved in a $10 million jewelry heist. The main target, was Kim, in this operation. This ended up being a very traumatic experience for Kim, and now this case has new developments.

According to Page Six, the 12 men involved in the Kim J robbery will be heading to trial. A judicial official confirmed that various judges confirmed this, after completing their investigations, since 2016. Multiple theft charges are on the table, as this trial date is still being looked into.
Multiple suspects have also since been released from prison, due to health concerns. These include 68-year-old Yunice Abbas. He even went on to publish a book, detailing the 2016 incident.
Robbery Ring Leader Apologized To Kim
Aomar Ait Khedache, who is reportedly the one who orchestrated the robbery, went on to write Kim a letter, as he apologized, for what occurred. This was written back in 2017, and acknowledged the damage that Kim suffered, emotionally.
This letter was given to a judge in France, and then to Kim’s legal team. The aftermath of the robbery didn’t result in any injuries, but Kim was robbed of millions of dollars worth of jewelry.
“After observing your emotion and realizing the psychological damages I inflicted … I decided to write to you, not to obtain from you some sort of indulgence. Know that I fully sympathize with the pain you are enduring, your children, your husband, and your close ones. I hope that this letter will allow you to forget little by little the trauma that you suffered by my fault.”

Earlier this year, it was announced that Kim and Kanye West were heading for a divorce, as paperwork went on to be filed, in mid-February. The two have been dating other people since then. For Kanye, this includes Russian model, Irina Shayk, and now, 22-year-old model, Vinetria.
Kim has now gone public with another notable public figure, which is “Saturday Night Live” sensation, Pete Davidson. The two were spotted on multiple dates, but it was still unclear as to if the two were actually official.
Earlier last week, this was confirmed as Kim and Pete held hands, while in Palm Springs. The two were also supposedly near Kris Jenner’s mansion. Many assume that Kim first started hanging out with Pete, after she hosted SNL last month. This was the second episode, of the iconic television show’s new 47th season.

A few weeks ago, sources close to Page Six added that the Kardashians were worried that Kanye may have a “meltdown,” about Kim getting with Pete. This comes as Ye made it known during his “Drink Champs” podcast interview, that he still wants to be with Kim.
“Everybody in the family is worried about how Kanye will react to Kim spending so much time with Pete. Kanye recently said he still wants to be with her, so he can’t be taking this well.”
