Kylie Jenner And Daughter Stormi Enjoy A Mother/Daughter Date Night At Travis Scott’s London Show

Travis Scott’s support system of family and friends were in attendance for his first solo show since the Astroworld tragedy on Saturday night in London. Kylie Jenner, 24, and daughter Stormi Webster, 4, were there to support Scott, 31, in what appeared to be a fun mother/daughter night out. Jenner shared some of the highlights of the evening on her Instagram page.

First Solo Show Since Astroworld and an Upcoming Las Vegas Residency

This concert was Scott’s first solo show since the Astroworld Festival nearly a year ago and comes just a few days before Jenner’s 25th birthday on August 10. Scott performed during Future’s set at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami last month. That marked his first music festival appearance since the tragedy that claimed the lives of 10 concertgoers in Houston, Texas in November.

News of Scott’s Las Vegas residency broke just a week ago when People reported the upcoming shows. The concert residency, “Road to Utopia” at Resorts World Las Vegas’ Zouk Nightclub, will begin on September 17 and include seven shows. According to a press release, each of the shows performed will include his hit songs as well as potential previews of his new material.

Project HEAL Gives Back to the Community

In addition to performing, Scott is doing his part to give back. Earlier this year, the singer announced Project HEAL, a string of community-focused charity initiatives. “Most importantly, I want to use my resources and platform moving forward towards actionable change. This will be a lifelong journey for me and my family,” he wrote on Instagram.

Project HEAL is a four-tiered effort with the first tier including $1 million in pledged scholarships for students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The Waymon Webster Scholarship, named after his grandfather, will grant $10,000 scholarships to 100 college seniors facing financial adversity that puts them at risk of not graduating. “My grandfather was an educator who made a difference in thousands of young lives throughout his life. He is a major influence on me and countless others, whose dreams he believed in, whose hopes he invested in, and whose futures he made big,” Scott said in a statement. “It’s in his spirit that we are creating projects and programs that will look to the future of our communities and create hope and excellence in as many lives as possible.”

The second tier provides mental health resources to lower income communities of color. Tier three is an expansion of CACT.US Youth Design Center at TXRX Labs in Houston, a “nonprofit makerspace for young artists, designers, tech innovators, including free studio space, workspace, tool spaces, job and apprenticeship training, youth education and events,” according to the press release. The final tier will focus on the safety challenges of large-scale live events by funding the US Conference of Mayors Task Force on Event Safety.
