Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly fuel pregnancy rumors at Diddy party

What happens in Vegas may not stay in Vegas.

After sparking wedding and pregnancy rumors at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox also had partygoers guessing at Diddy’s afterparty at Las Vegas hotspot Tao.

The couple arrived to the club in a hot pink stretch limo, and Fox “immediately hit the dance floor,” we’re told.

The actress however didn’t consume booze despite Diddy’s Deleon tequila and Ciroc vodka flowing freely for his VIP invite-only guests.

“She didn’t drink alcohol all night,” a source told Page Six.

Last year, Fox, 36, said in an interview that she gave up booze in 2009 because she was once got “belligerent and said a bunch of s–t I shouldn’t have said on the red carpet” at the Golden Globes.

Still, people at Diddy’s party were left speculating after the couple sparked rumors earlier in the evening when Machine Gun Kelly, 32, took the stage at the Billboard Music Awards. He performed his song “Twin Flame” and said, “I wrote this song for my wife.” He followed with: “This is for our unborn child” as a sound of a heartbeat played.

Reps for the pair have not confirmed whether or not they’re expecting — or married. They got engaged earlier this year.

The couple also celebrated Fox’s birthday at midnight when Tao staff presented her with a dessert platter, complete with a large carousel horse shooting sparklers. Her birthday is May 16.

Diddy was greeted with a huge presentation of his Deleon Tequila when he arrived at the club as his celeb pals came out to celebrate. Cara Delevingne, Janelle Monáe, Jermaine Dupri, son Justin Combs, Mary J. Blige, Nelly, Timbaland and Usher all showed up to the party. Diddy — who recently announced his return to music — had Heidi Klum dancing at his table, and he and Lil Kim jumped on the mic and hyped up the crowd with DJ Chase B.

Brazilian singer Anitta and French Montana also attended after dinner, we hear.
