Three new MCU shows and four more big trailers you might have missed this week

Marvel fans, take note.

This week saw a lot of major trailers get released, some of which JOE covered already in the past few days.

These included teasers for It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's new season where the gang visits Ireland, the Sex and the City reboot and of course, this year's Late Late Toy Show.

However, plenty of other major new trailers were released, which JOE has handily compiled for your perusal below.

It's worth noting some of the footage below was released for Disney+ Day on Friday, an event where the streaming giant offered fans some sneak previews of what it has to come for audiences.

Without further ado, here's our list.

Moon Knight / Ms. Marvel / She-Hulk

As part of Disney+ Day, the streaming service dropped brief first looks at three of its MCU shows coming out next year, all of which look promising.

Marvel fans should be happy to see Mark Ruffalo's Hulk appear next to Tatiana Maslany's She-Hulk and to get an introduction to Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani), a character being primed for a pivotal role in the MCU movies going forward.

However, of the three shows, this writer is most excited for Moon Knight, which features Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke among its cast and filmmaking duo Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead (The Endless, Synchronic) directing some episodes.

Isaac stars as Marc Spector aka Moon Knight, a former US Marine with dissociative identity disorder who becomes the conduit for the Egyptian moon god Khonshu.

The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild

Footage was also released at Disney+ Day for this latest entry in the long-running Ice Age franchise, which will this time centre around the Simon Pegg-voiced weasel Buck Wild.

It is set to be released on Disney+ in Ireland on 28 January.

C'mon C'mon

Moving away from Disney content but following on from the superhero talk above, black-and-white drama C'mon C'mon is notable for being Joaquin Phoenix's first movie since his Oscar-winning turn in Joker.

Here, he plays a radio journalist who embarks on a cross-country trip with his precocious young nephew.

Boasting a 90% score on Rotten Tomatoes, it is set to arrive in Ireland on 3 December.

Voir

Last month, a Netflix Twitter account teased that an announcement was coming involving filmmaker David Fincher, leading some fans to believe for a day they were getting more episodes of Mindhunter or a first look at his upcoming Michael Fassbender-starring movie The Killer.

Alas, it turned out that project was Voir, which to be fair, still seems pretty cool.

Fincher is an executive producer on the show, which consists of a series of visual essays celebrating cinema and "the personal connection we each have to the stories we see on the big screen".

One for cinephiles for sure, with 'Voir' meaning 'see' in French, it premieres on 6 December on Netflix.

Single All the Way

One for Christmas movie lovers, Single All the Way (bravo, Netflix) centres on Peter, played by Ugly Betty's Michael Urie.

Desperate to avoid his family's judgment about being single, he persuades his best friend to pose as his boyfriend on a trip home for the holidays. However, the plan goes awry.

It arrives on the streaming service on 2 December.
