Rob Lowe is spilling the sex tea on Gwyneth Paltrow.
The actor stopped by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Tuesday, January 18, where they talked about his podcast, “Literally! With Rob Lowe,” and the naughty thing his wife taught Paltrow.
“You had Gwyneth Paltrow on the show and you learned something very, very interesting about her. Personally interesting. About what your wife taught her,” Kimmel said to Lowe.

The “Parks & Recreation” actor seemed to know where the late-night host was going with the question and he happily obliged to dive head first into the story.
“The good news is my wife doesn’t watch anything I do. So, she won’t be watching this,” he said. “But when my wife… when Gwyneth was a little precocious 18-year-old, my wife was still a makeup artist on a movie that Gwyneth’s mother, Blythe Danner, was working on.”
“Gwyneth came to visit Sheryl would give her cigarettes and they’d go out and smoke behind the trailers. She was like a big sister to Gwyn, she still is,” Lowe explained. “Apparently, Gwyneth told me on the podcast, I had no idea but I must thank her, that my wife taught Gwyneth how to… how should we say this on network television?”

Kimmel chimed in, “I think ‘perform oral sex’ would be the way to go.”
“As I like to say, Chris Martin and Brad Falchuck, you’re welcome,” he said with a devilish smile.

On the 2020 ‘Literally’ podcast episode, Paltrow said, “I met Sheryl when I was 15 or 16. She was doing my mom’s makeup on this TV movie, and I went down to visit. It was in Florida. I met Sheryl, and I was like immediately obsessed with her.”
“First of all, she was dating Keanu Reeves, who was my celebrity crush. And she was so cool,” Paltrow continued. “And she knew that I was sneaking cigarettes, and she would come smoke with me behind the trailer, and she taught me how to give a blow job, and you know, all the classic Sheryl stuff. I just worshipped her. I thought she was literally the coolest chick of all time.”
Paltrow said Sheryl treated her like an adult, which made her love her even more.
The actress gushed about Lowe’s wife, “She was so awesome to me. And I was a high school kid. Like, the fact that she’s loved me that much before I was anyone or anything, you know? It was so cool to have someone treat me like an adult and see me as like a young woman and someone who is sexual. She just made me feel so free.”
Fans of Paltrow know that she didn’t grow up having conversations about sex.
Paltrow went on “Red Table Talk” last year and explained how she approaches talking about sex with her two children, Apple (17) and Moses (15).
For the Goop creator, her children didn’t inquire about sex until they began to learn about it in sixth grade in sex education class.
Paltrow said, “They learned everything. Full on everything. In sixth grade they had the craziest sex ed talk.”
“I will never forget Apple’s face when she came home. She told them everything. When I say everything, I mean everything,” the actress admitted.
Her son, Moses, on the other hand is a bit younger and at an age where talk of girls just isn’t something he wants to chat about with his mom!
