Teddi Mellencamp’s estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, allegedly had an affair with a woman named Missy during the former couple’s 13-year marriage, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
Multiple sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell Page Six that Arroyave, 47, romanced Missy between 2015 and 2016, with one source saying it lasted for “at least a year” and another saying it was closer to “six months.”
The first source claims to us that Missy was Mellencamp’s “best friend,” while the second source insists the women “maybe interacted four times at most.”
Our sources say Mellencamp, 43, found out about the dalliance in March 2016 as she was going through the audition process for “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” which she joined in Season 8, which premiered in December 2017.

Mellencamp has previously admitted that she and Arroyave almost divorced that year.
Our second source says Arroyave was ready to leave Mellencamp when she found out about the affair with Missy but that the former Bravolebrity didn’t want to break up and asked to work on things.
According to our second source, Arroyave then made a commitment to Mellencamp and “closed that chapter of his life.”
That source notes that while the Skyline Security CEO was “unfaithful” to Mellencamp, it “led to a period of self-reflection and a renewed focus on family and faith.”

However, our second source insists that Arroyave “has not repeated the behavior since.”
Reps for the pair did not comment when contacted by Page Six.
News of Arroyave’s indiscretion comes one day after Page Six confirmed that Mellencamp’s own extramarital relationship with her married horse trainer, Simon Schroeder, led her to file for divorce earlier this month.

Instagram/@teddimellencampA source with direct knowledge of the situation told us that the “Two Ts in a Pod” co-host’s months-long affair with Schroeder — who shares two children with wife Karli Postel — began in May.
Our source said Mellencamp and Schroeder were in Florida together for an equestrian event while Postel was in California giving birth to their second child.
When Schroeder returned to Los Angeles, our source said Postel allegedly discovered inappropriate text messages between him and Mellencamp, and a heated public confrontation ensued.
“They confessed. Teddi promised it would not happen again,” a source told the Daily Mail, adding that “Karli didn’t tell Edwin when she found out” because “she was willing to give Simon another chance.”

The day after she filed for divorce from Arroyave, Mellencamp announced the news via Instagram, explaining to her followers that she wanted to “protect [her] family from undue speculation and rumors.”
She requested primary custody of their three children — daughter Slate, 12, son Cruz, 10, and daughter Dove, 4 — while Arroyave requested joint.
The businessman, for his part, has alluded to the split via his Instagram Story with a cryptic message about “dark days,” a selfie showing him and his kids heading to church and various Bible verses related to praying over one’s children.
