Why everyone’s talking about Kim Kardashian’s latest no-makeup TikTok

Kim Kardashian has fans in their feelings.

The beauty mogul gave fans a peek at her daily skincare regimen in a new TikTok posted yesterday — and piqued their interest with her song choice.

In the video, Kardashian appears makeup-free and uses multiple products from her own Skkn by Kim line, clad in a Skims Naked Scoop Tank Bra ($48) with her hair pulled back in a long braided ponytail.

She soundtracked the clip with “Treacherous Twins” by Drake and Savage, which conveniently includes a shout-out to the reality star.

She chose the same portion of the tune to repeat throughout her skincare video: “F—k what they say, 500 million out the face, feel like K.K.”

Back in 2018, rumors swirled that Kardashian and Drake had enjoyed a fling; in his track “In My Feelings,” the chart-topper raps about a woman he calls Kiki, who many assumed to be Kardashian. (Her ex-husband Kanye West has also accused Drake of sleeping with momager Kris Jenner.)

“Never happened. End of story,” the shapewear guru said at the time; still, the song inclusion wasn’t lost on her fans.

“kim using the drake song,” one TikTok user commented along with a crying-laughing emoji, while another wrote, “this song looping over and over is sending me omg.”

“I want drake and Kim to give it a go” a third fan added.

“Treacherous Twins” isn’t the only Drake song that mentions Kardashian; in “More M’s,” he raps, “Put her Skims on now she actin’ like she Kim.”

Kardashian also showed off a number of her neutral-packaged skincare products in the TikTok.

Starting off with the Skkn by Kim Cleanser ($43), Kardashian then applied her Vitamin C8 Serum ($90), Eye Cream ($75), Night Oil ($95) and Face Cream ($85), ending with what appeared to be the Oil Drops ($95).

Her son Saint West even popped in for an appearance at the end of the clip as they both grinned at the camera.

This isn’t the first makeup-free TikTok Kardashian has posted in recent days; last week, she showed off her natural beauty (and more Skkn by Kim products) in a video where she lip-synced to a clip about the importance of coffee.

Perhaps newly single Kardashian will tap Drake to star in her next Skkn campaign to show off his own fresh-faced look.
