Corrupt Media Censor News of Illegal Who Raped Woman on Philly Train

News broke over the weekend about an alarming crime on a Philadelphia train. It involved several people who allegedly stood silently and failed to do much for a woman being raped. It also turned out that the alleged attacker, Fiston Ngoy, is an illegal immigrant who was released in 2019 by an immigration judge without deportation in spite of a history of serious offenses.

The story has been ignored by most liberal news media outlets. CNN reported it once this week on Friday, but did not mention illegal immigration. Fox News Channel’s shows, however, have all fully covered it.

Tucker Carlson of Fox News broke Tuesday’s news about Ngoy, an illegal immigrant from the Philippines who had the potential to be deported. After informing viewers of the reports that bystanders stood by and did not try to stop the attack, Carlson got to the issue of why he had not been deported: “We can tell you tonight, the 35-year-old Congolese who apparently raped this woman — his name is Fiston Ngoy — has a criminal record and shouldn’t have been here in the first place. The student visa he was granted to him expired and he should have been removed. It should not have been allowed to happen.”

Soon, he added:

He arrived in the United States for the first time in 2012 as a student visa holder. He was on a student visa. He was not a student anymore, so the visa expired in 2015. Court records indicate that Ngoy was convicted of two misdemeanors for controlling substances and sexual abuse. He had multiple arrests. Okay, so here’s someone in the country illegally, who’s convicted of sexual abuse and drugs, but he’s still here? So why aren’t the people who allowed him to remain here in jail themselves? It is a good idea.

CNN’s live feed was available earlier in the morning, just before Ngoy’s news about his citizenship status. Neue DayThe show spent several minutes discussing why victims sometimes don’t help bystanders. It hasn’t re-told the story since then. On Friday, CNN afternoon host Ana Cabrera did a similar segment about why no one tried to stop the crime, but did not mention the illegal immigration issue at all even though several Fox News shows have covered this angle since Tuesday.

Cabrera started the segment at 1:51 Eastern.

It is an abominable act. A woman reportedly raped on a Philadelphia train earlier this month. And now CNN is learning the passengers who witnessed but failed to intervene will not be prosecuted. These details are alarming. The authorities have provided the following details. After being harassed for approximately half an hour, the victim tried to push the suspect away and he began touching her. The affidavit states, quote, “Throughout this time, the victim is obviously struggling with trying to keep him off of her. According to police, he eventually raped her, which lasted for six minutes before a transit police officer pulled the suspect off the victim.”

In spite of the segment running almost four minutes, no mention was made of the broken immigration deportation system.

Dan Abrams, who covered Wednesday’s broken immigration system on Wednesday night, also made a dig at Fox News. He suggested that right-leaning networks would paint all illegal immigrants “evil”, even though none of them have said such a thing.

TUCKER CARLSON: We can tell you tonight, the 35-year-old Congolese who apparently raped this woman — his name is Fiston Ngoy — has a criminal record and shouldn’t have been here in the first place. The student visa he was granted to him expired and he should have been removed. This shouldn’t have happened. He should not have been here, and the only reason he was here is because he and a lot of people like him have been invited here and allowed to stay by people who run the country but don’t ride the train.

He arrived in the United States for the first time in 2012 as a student visa holder. He was on a student visa. He was not a student anymore, so the visa expired in 2015. Court records indicate that Ngoy was convicted of two misdemeanors for controlling substances and sexual abuse. It is a good idea.

This guy was placed in immigration detention in January 2018. However, he did not get deported as the immigration legal system determined that he needed a special stay to be deported. It was. So he got what’s called a “withholding of removal” from an immigration judge two years ago back in 2019. According to court documents, that decision came after, quote, “the Board of Immigration Appeals found that the petitioner’s misdemeanor sex offense was not a,” quote, “‘serious crime'” — just a minor sex offense — and therefore he was “ineligible for withholding from removal.”
